a checklist for intentional living.
I have been burnt out for a long time. I don't remember how it started, but now I'm having a really hard time ending it. One of the causes is the mindless consumption of media around me. It kind of overstimulated my brain and left no space for conscious thinking. I’ll write more on this later, but for now, to stop this, I’m writing a checklist for myself that will help me get started with the concept of 'intentional living'.
Currently, I have the following list in mind for digital declutter:
- clear youtube:
- subs. keep only career-related.
- remove saved playlists.
- [done] pause watch history.
- [done] install unhook extension.
- clear email inbox:
- archive old ones.
- unsubscribe to newsletters you never read.
- clear laptop files: downloads (archive), documents, apps. desktop files.
- clear phone apps: remove non-essentials
- limit books in progress: only 1-2 active at a time.
- [done] set minimal task management in todoist: 3-projects only. personal, work, this week (10-15 max WITH DEADLINES).
